Medomak Valley girls basketball team played solid defense, and did not let the Black Bears rattle them Monday night in their 46-35 win over Maranacook in Readfield. The Lady Panthers were led by Justice Barrows with a career high 20 points (14 rebounds) and Hannah Marks with 16. The Bears were led by Christine Miller with 19.
