Medomak Valley girls basketball team opened their KVAC season with a 62-40 win on the road at Belfast Friday night. The Panthers mounted a balanced attack with eight players scoring. Medomak was led by Hannah Heald 15, Hannah Marks 15 and Sophie Cohen 8. Belfast was led by Sturgess 10 and Nichols 10.
