Lincoln 15 – Five Town 5
Lincoln County 9&10 Little League all-stars defeated Five Town 15-5 in five innings Friday in Waldoboro. Three Lincoln hurlers took the mound, including starter Miles Wotton (4K,4B,0H,2R), Ben Sawyer (4K,1B,2H,1R), and Cody Cleveland (1K,1B,0H,2R).
Pitching in the loss for Five Town were Lucas Moody (3K,4B,1H,2R), Cameron Brown (5K,5B,2H,5R), Owen Berez (2B,1R), Ben Tohancyzn (2B,5R,3H,1K), and Franklin Coffey (2B,2H,1K,1R).
Lincoln scored one run in the top of the first when Micah Tomasello walked, stole second and scored on a Wotton single. They added two runs in the second. Aidan Gallagher drew a leadoff walk and stormed around the bases on passed balls. Ben Sawyer walked and scored on a passed ball.
Five Town scored two runs in the bottom of the second on three walks and a RBI single to Tohancyzn.
Lincoln added a run in the third when Nick Prior walked and scored on a Aidan Gallagher single. They added four runs in the fourth. Tomasello walked and scored on a passed ball, Cleveland singled and scored on a throwing error, and Wotton walked and scored on a bases loaded walk to Prior. Prior scored on an error.
Five Town added a run in the fourth when Owen Berez reached on an error and scored on an error put in play by Tohancyzn.

Lincoln batted around for seven runs in the fifth to win by mercy ruling. Highlights of the inning were an RBI single by Wotton, a grandslam homerun by Prior, and RBI singles to Ivan Coffin and Ben Sawyer.
Five Town scored two in the bottom of the fifth. Lucas Moody reached on an error and scored on an error by Schenk. Aiden Aseltine walked and scored on a ground out.
Hitting for Lincoln were Wotton with two singles, Prior with a homerun, Sawyer, Cleveland, Jacob Craig, Spencer Gamage and Coffin a single each. Hitting for Five Town were Tohancyzn, Aidan O’Connell a single each.
Waldo 11 – Lincoln 1
Waldo County defeated Lincoln County 9&10 baseball all-stars 11-1 on Monday. Jordan Furrow collected the win and Curtis Littlefield the save. Myles Wotton took the loss for Lincoln.
Micah Tomasello collected the only hit for Lincoln with a single. Hitting leaders for Waldo were Furrow with a triple and single, Littlefield a double and single, and Cole Ellis two singles.
