Lincoln Academy senior Sam Russ won the State Class B one mile championship on Feb. 16 at Bates College. Russ won the race in 4:35. He also placed third in the two mile.
Boothbay’s Will Perkins places sixth in the mile. LA’s Jojo Martin placed fifth in the 800.
Lady Eagle Erica Johnson took eighth in the triple jump. Medomak Valley’s Alexis Parent placed seventh in the 800 and Serena Blasius took ninth in the two mile.
