The Lincoln Academy softball team won the 2013 West Class B Good Sportsmanship Award. “I have always said this award is more impressive than winning a state championship, so we should be very proud of this award,” athletic director KJ Anastasio said.
The presentation to the softball team will be held at St. Joseph College at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 15.
The Lincoln Academy girls lacrosse team earned the 2013 Eastern Maine Class B Good Sportsmanship Award. Their award presentation will be Saturday, June 15, at 5:30 p.m., at Fitzpatrick Stadium in Portland.
