Lincoln Academy boys 4×800 relay team placed first in 8:45 at the KVAC indoor track and field championships held at Bowdoin College on Saturday. Nick Smelcer, Alex Organ, Julian Frink and Michael McCormick ran a leg on the winning relay.
Lillian Bisset placed fourth in the 55 dash and 55 hurdles. Michaela Peabody took 7th in the 55 hurdles. The Lady Eagles placed three athletes in the 800, Maggie Nevens took third, Hannah Nevens fourth and Allie Gorrill seventh. Lincoln girls placed second in the 4×800 relay, and fourth in the 4×200 relay. Nick Smelcer took second in the 800, Alex Organ third and Julian Frink fifth.
