Lincoln Academy hosted Medomak Valley for their Homecoming on Saturday. The Eagles boys soccer team avenged last week’s loss to the Panthers during Medomak’s Homecoming. Lincoln won 4-1. Devin Scherer scored two goals, and Kaleab Buchwalder and Aaron Gonzales one each for the Eagles. Sam Morrill scored for the Panthers.
Lincoln and Medomak girls soccer teams battled to a 1-1 double overtime tie. Ashley Mason gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead at the half. Sophie Cohen converted a penalty kick in the second half to tie the game.
In other Homecoming action, Belfast field hockey beat Lincoln 11-0.
Lincoln JV girls soccer beat Medomak 4-2. Scoring for the Eagles were Manta Berta, Cate Organ, Hannah Corson and Cassidy Colby and scoring for Medomak were Rose Hinkley and Alika McMurrin.
Medomak JV boys soccer beat the Eagles 3-0 on two goals from Adam Eutsler and one from Kyle Donlin.
