Lincoln Academy boys soccer team handed Medomak Valley their first loss of the season, 2-0 at the Panthers Homecoming in Waldoboro on September 17.
After 69 scoreless minutes, Nolen Michael received a pass from John Henry, split a pair of Panther defenders deep on the left side, and put a shot past just inside the far post. Seven minutes later Nate Simmons scored on a 60 yard boot from Evan Eckel.
