Lincoln Academy boys’ basketball team picked up their first win of the season Tuesday night in Newcastle, with a 40-30 victory over Morse. After a slow start (5-2 at the quarter), Lincoln sailed in 14 second-period points to take a 19-6 lead at the half.
The Shipbuilders owned the third period for a 14-3 advantage to pull within two with a period to go, 22-20.
