Second seed Lincoln Academy boys tennis team sent Gardiner packing 5-0 in a South Class B quarter-final match on May 30 in Newcastle. Thin Dang topped Caldwell 6-3, 6-4 at first singles. Nicos Campos beat Taylor 6-3, 6-2 at second singles. Noah Jordan swept VandenBossch 6-0, 6-0 at third singles. Chas VanDamme and Patricio Desentis topped Beaulieu and Malinowski 6-3, 6-2 at first doubles. Truth Ingham and Finn Dworkin defeated Wells and Allard 6-0, 6-2 at second doubles.
