Medomak Valley’s cross-country team will hold their annual 5K road race on Sat., Nov. 8 at 9 a.m.
The race will be held at Medomak Valley, on Manktown Road in Waldoboro, and will be part of a planned work day for the cross country trail.
The scheduled work will be on the old high school trail, “as we widen it and put wood chips on the trail. We hope to have a running surface similar to the nature trail by next fall,” coach George Gould said, commenting.
