Medomak 9&10 Little League softball All-Stars will play in the State tournament in Scarborough. Their first game is Saturday, July 15 at 1:05 p.m. at the Peterson Field Complex off Old Blue Point Road, 138 Old Blue Point Rd in Scarborough.
Medomak was the only 9&10 team in District 2 so automatically won the District 2 title.
Directions to Field –From the Maine Turnpike take Exit 42 toward ME-1/Scarboroug h Follow Haigis Parkway, Continue onto Haigis Pkwy Turn right onto US-1 S(1.7mi) then Turn left onto State Route 9 also Pine Point Road and take Pine Point Road approximately 1.2 mile to Old Blue Point Road. The intersection is an acute angled intersection on the right, immediately after the Bayleys Seafood Restaurant. In about 0.2 miles the field location is on the right (Peterson Field Complex). If parking is not available the Blue Point School has available spots. It is located on Pine Point Road taking a right at the Blue Point intersection if leaving the field, and about 50 yards on the left is the entrance to the school and parking areas.
