Medomak Valley baseball fields a young team this season with 10 underclassmen on the roster. They return just four players from a team that went 5-10-1 last season.
“Our goal continues to be to make the playoffs. We haven’t met that goal the last two seasons that I have coached and obviously we will need to make improvements over last season to reach that goal.
“This group is very motivated to do well this season. Many are taking on new positions in the field and working hard to make sure they are doing whatever they can to make the team better,” returning coach Scott Hastings said.
