Medomak Valley girls basketball team defeated Mt.View 50-25 in Mustang territory on Dec. 11. The Lady Panthers were led by Kayla Donlin 14, Abby Lash 11, Maddy White 9 and Sadie Cohen 8. Mt. View was led by Coolen with 12.
Lincoln Academy girls basketball team improved to 2-0 with a 53-29 win at Morse on Dec. 11. The Lady Eagles were led by Chelsea Williams and Payson Kaler with 13 each, and Ellie Mathews and Lizzie Ober 6 each.
Medomak Valley boys basketball team defeated Mt.View 65-32 in the Panthers den on Dec. 11. Medomak was led by Trevor Brown 10, Ryan Creamer 9, Gabe Allaire 9 and Alec Coughlin 8. Every player scored in the game. Mt.View was led by Knoble with 10 and Grant 7.
Lincoln Academy boys basketball team lost a close game against Morse 74-65 on Dec. 11 in the Eagles nest. Lincoln trailed by one with 6:48 to play in the game, before the Shipbuilders scored 13 straight points in the next three minutes to seal the win. Lincoln was led by Joel Hatch 27 and Bryce York 18. Morse was led by Tom Warren with 38, Dylan Orr 10 and Josh terMors 9.
Hall-Dale robbed the Lady Wolverine den for a 69-16 win in MVC girls basketball action on Dec. 11. Morse was led by KK Wills 15, Iris Ireland 14, and Cat Kincaid 10. Wiscasset was led by Brianna Colson-Orr and Alice Yokabaskas with 4 each.
