Medomak Girls’ Tennis Tops Winslow

Medomak Valley girls’ tennis picked up a 5-0 win over Winslow on Monday. Kelly Leidenroth beat Maddie Daily 6-3,6-7, 6-1 at first singles; and, Skylar Carroll topped Jessica McCaslin 6-4,6-3. Hayley Turner beat Abbi Lutz 6-0,6-1. Kaye Peabody and Isabelle Lobley topped Alicia Higgins and Jillian Dupuis in three sets 6-2,3-6,6-4. Mallory Robbins and Bailey Black teamed up at second doubles to beat Courtney McCaslin and Brennah O’Connell 6-4,6-1.

Morse 3 – Medomak 2Medomak girls’ tennis lost to Morse 3-2 on April 27. The Panthers were missing their second and third singles players. Kelly Leidenroth lost 2-6,1-6 to Meo Pourreyron. Mallory Robbins fell 0-6,1-6 to Alice Stenquist. Isabelle Lobley came from behind to beat Ara Foster 2-6, 6-3, 6-4. Kaye Peabody and Bailey Black topped Mikalea Martin and Katrina Hart 6-3,6-2. Arielle Rancourt and Danica Dever lost 2-6,0-6 to Elizabeth Young and Sarah Clegg. Oak Hill 5 – Medomak 0The Raiders blanked the Panthers 5-0 April 29. Kelly Leidenroth lost 0-6,1-6 to Sarah Lacroix, Skylar Carroll fell 0-6,0-6 to Hannah Langlois, and Hayley Turner lost 0-6,0-6 to Darby Beauleau in singles action. Kaye Peabody and Isabelle Lobley lost 3-6,2-6 to Molly Morrill and Brittany Marshall in the closest match of the day. Mallory Robbins and Bailey Black fell 1-6,2-6 to Darby Green and Leah Rossi.
