Goalkeeper Kara Weiske “did a tremendous job this season,” said coach Scott Hastings. “She stepped up in the preseason to play a position she had not played recently. Working with varsity goalkeeper Ericka Christiansen, Kara learned a lot and defended the goal very well this season.”
Weiske made 71 saves this year, and allowed 30 goals.
