How do you spell dynasty? M-E-D-O-M-A-K is how you spell it in the Busline League cheering circuit.
The Riverhawks won their fourth consecutive Busline championship on Jan. 29 in their home gym. It is the fifth title for Medomak in the past six years.
Five teams competed at the championship, and the Riverhawks, hands down, emerged the winners. Every team performed twice, with the scores averaged to determine the winner.
Medomak won with 58 points, followed by Oceanside 52.65, Great Salt Bay 42.3, Bristol 35 and Boothbay 34.15.
Bristol and Boothbay tied for the Busline League Spirit award.
