Medomak Valley softball defeated the Lions 8-3 in Belfast on May 17. The Lady Panthers improve to 10-2 with the win.

Down 2-0 heading into the top of the sixth, Medomak plated six runs, then added two in the seventh.
Medomak was led at the plate by Addie Jameson and Lydia Simmons with two singles each, and Mckenzie Emerson, Cassi Smeltzer and Natalie Stewart one each. Stewart drove in two runs, and Simmons, Smeltzer and Emily Wotton one each. Belfast was led by Maya Cunningham with three hits and Grace Fitzjurls two.
