Medomak Valley softball improved to 4-0 with an 18-3 five inning mercy ruling win over Belfast on May 3. Addie Jameson collected the win in three innings of work (7K,4H,2B) and Gabby DePatsy the save (2I,1H,1K,0B). Gia Davila took the loss for the Lions.
Hallie Kunesh drove in four runs with two doubles and a single, Abby Nelson added two RBI with a double and two singles, DePatsy hit a double and single, Cassie Smeltzer and Addie Jameson hit doubles and drove in two runs each. Kayla Donlin and Emily Wotton added singles.
Hitting for Belfast were Karrigan Stone with two singles, and Olivia Lovejoy, Maya Cunningham and Brooke Richards a single each.
