Medomak 4 – Winslow 1
Medomak boys tennis clipped the Raiders in Winslow on May 10, 4-1. Richard Kinney lost 8-4 to Jake Lapierre at first singles. Kyle Donlin pulled out a 9-7 win over Josh Vashon in a tough match at second singles. Winslow forfeited at third singles.
Casey Libby and Greg Wadsworth defeated Matt Brown and Lucas Porter 8-4 at first doubles. Quinn Ashmore and Amos Hinkley teamed up to top Cameron Brockway and Jacob Deraps 8-1 at second doubles.
Winslow 3 – Medomak 0
Winslow defeated Medomak girls tennis 3-0 on May 10 in Waldoboro. Maggie Ryan and Hannah Smith were unabled to finish their first and second singled matches due to rain.
Jessie Hugh lost 1-6, 4-6 to Sammi Decker at third singles. Chelsea Ripley and Katie Ryan fell in three sets 6-7, 6-4, 1-6 to Susan Grant and Desiree Veilleux at first doubles. Serena Poland and Molly Taylor lost 3-6, 3-6 to Elizabeth Farnham and Juliann LaPierre at second doubles.
