Monmouth boys basketball team road out of Wiscasset on Jan. 11 with a 73-44 in MVC action. The Mustangs jumped out to a 15-3 lead and led 34-17 at the half. Wiscasset scored the first eight points of the third period to pull within nine. Monmouth answered the threat with a 15-2 run to put the game away early. The Mustangs were led by Connor Davies 20, Joao Campos 15, Dylan Lajoie 15 and Gabe Martin 13. Wiscasset was led by Matt Chapman 11, Chris Loyola 10, Billy Pinkham 8 and Haiden Dunning 8.
