Lincoln Academy girls lacrosse team is 23 members strong this season. The team is anchored by 11 upper classmen, including five seniors. Eliza Cole and Jordan Plummer will captain the Lady Eagles this spring.
“Mary Martha and I are very excited about this season,” coach Amanda Armstrong said. “The girls who haven’t played before are picking up the skills so fast! As a team, the players are already showing signs of working together as one.”
At Cony’s play day at Thomas College, the girls played well; Katie Riley scored 2 goals, Andrea Call 1, and Isabel Carlson 1.
Seniors include Cole, Kassidi Demmons, Laura Otterbein, Kylie Pendleton, Plummer; juniors Lexy Bailey, Lilly Davis, Aidan Fraser, Danielle Pierce, Katie Riley, Sabrina Skinner (manager); sophomores Natalie Brown, Andrea Call, Tess Fields, Bayley Pendleton, Johanna Schlatter; and freshmen Carlson, Mackenzie Beaudoin, Emily Brown, Lorin Gildersleeve, Bailey Harley, Catherine Roy and Maggie Weiss.
