Oceanside softball defeated Medomak Valley 8-7 on Wednesday. If a few close calls had gone the Panthers way, the score could have easily been reversed in the hotly contested game. Ali Curtis scored the winning run in the top of the seventh on a triple and Maggie Drinkwater RBI sacrifice.
