Lincoln Academy boys basketball team defeated Medomak Valley 48-46 Friday night in Waldoboro. The Eagles led by six with 20 seconds to play. Zach Starr and Nicholas DePatsy hit 3-pointers five seconds apart to tie the score with 10 seconds remaining. AJ Oliver drove inside for a lay-up at the buzzer to give the Eagles a two point victory in an exciting match-up. The Eagles were led by Seward Matel 11, Devin Scherer 9 and Oliver 8. The Panthers were led by DePatsy with 18.
