Medomak Valley split a pair of games this week, falling to Erskine Academy 5-1 on Tuesday, and crushing Belfast in the Lions’ den 7-1 on Oct. 9.
No shot or goalkeeper stats were kept on the game.
Scoring for Erskine were Sam Wilkinson with two, and Ryan Rodrigue and Luke Peabody one each. Number 19 also scored for Erskine, but his name was not listed in the home book. Rodrigue had one assist and Hong two.
Wilkinson opened the scoring for Erskine on a breakaway. Rodrigue scored on a cross from Hong to put the Eagles up 2-0 at the half.
Nick DePatsy made a goal-line stop in the first half and Jackson Vail in the second in two goal-saving defensive plays.
Both teams took 13 shots. Noah Beck made seven saves for the Panthers, and Cullivan six for the Eagles.
Medomak boys are 1-9-2 heading into the final week of the KVAC season, and Erskine is 10-1-1.
