Medomak Valley softball defeated Mt. View 12-1 on May 22 on the road to improve their record to 12-1. Gabby DePatsy collected the win, and Alex Fontaine took the loss. DePatsy drove in three runs, and Kayla Donlin, Abby Nelson and Cheyanne Nash two each to lead the Panthers. Donlin hit a double and two singles for Medomak, Emily Wotton, Lydia Simmons, DePatsy, Nelson and Nash hit a double each, and Cassie Smeltzer a single. Mt.View collected just two hits off DePatsy, singles to McKenna Gibbs and Reanna Boulay.
Medomak baseball lost 5-2 to the Mustangs, to drop to 5-8. Furrow collected the win and Danna the save for Mt.View. Wyatt Fillmore took the loss.
Medomak jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the first. Cam Robinson led off with a single, stole second, went to third on a passed ball and scored when Adam Eutsler reached on an error. The Mustangs tied the game in the home half of the first, then scored one run in the fourth and two in the sixth.
Eutsler stole second and scored on a Ryan Creamer single. Duncan Widdecombe and Gabe Allaire had the only other hits for the Panthers. Tomlin had two hits (RBI), and Furrow (RBI), Danna, Dodge, Cail, Boulay and Chauvin a single each for Mt.View.
