Medomak boys tennis team defeated higher seed Brewer 3-2 on May 14 in a hard fought match that lasted until sunset. The match came down to first singles, where Coleman Swain beat Trevor Dugal in three sets, 6-3, 1-6, 7-5 in a two hour match. The match was ultimately decided at first singles. Coleman Swain (MVHS) defeated Trevor Dugal 6-3, 1-6, 7-5 in a nearly two hour match. Also picking up wins for the Panthers were both doubles teams. Nick Hill and Jaden Abruzese defeated Connor Bell and Justin Ripley 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 at first doubles; and Zach Cheesman and Ian Doughty defeated Richard Freeman and CJ Horr 6-3, 6-4 at second doubles. The win moves MVHS into seventh place in the Class B North standings.
