Medomak Valley boys basketball team won a shoot out at Mt.Ararat on Mon., Feb. 5. Eighteen 3-pointers were scored in the game, including nine from each side. Trailing by four 48-44 early in the fourth quarter, the Panthers scored 20 unanswered points to put the game away. Ryan Creamer hit two 3’s and Chris Bowman and Gabe Allaire one each in the rally. Medomak sank 13 of 14 foul shots in the final period, led by Allaire (8/8) and Creamer (4/4).
Medomak was led by Allaire with 24 points, Creamer 12 and Brent Stewart 9 (3-3’s). Mt.Ararat was led by Greg Martin 13, Austin Damon 12 and Jarad Balser 11.
