Spruce Mountain defeated Lincoln Academy baseball 5-3 Tuesday at Medomak Valley in a West Class B preliminary match-up.
Sophomore Payton Kenniston pitched a three hitter for the win. Brandon Hodger hit a big two run single in the top of the sixth inning.
