Winthrop defended their home turf for an 89-58 win over Wiscasset in MVC boys basketball action Tuesday night. The Ramblers led 17-15 at the quarter and 43-35 at the half, before out scoring Wiscasset 46-23 in the second half. Winthrop was led by Jacob Hickey 25, Cam Wood 16, Garrett Psoupraka 12, Nick Collins 12 and Spencer Steele 10. Wiscasset was led by Ethan James 15, Zach Reed 14 and Logan Orr 12.
