Lincoln Academy baseball defeated Morse 2-1 in eight innings Monday in Waldoboro. Trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the seventh Wally Morris singled, and pinch runner Spencer Alden scored on a long fly ball by Brady Leeman that tipped off a Shipbuilder’s glove. The Eagles scored the game winner in the eighth when Sawyer Pinkham hit a lead off double and scored on a Devin Scherer single. AJ Oliver collected the win.
