Boothbay boys basketball team defeated Wiscasset 71-40 on Jan. 26 in Boothbay. Wiscasset stayed with Boothbay in first half action with a slowed down and patient offense. The Seahawks led 22-15 at the quarter and 27-19 at the half, before picking up their tempo in the second half to put the game away.
The Seahawks were led by Kyle Ames 23, Hunter Crocker 18 and Steve Reny 17. Wiscasset was led by Zach Reed 19.
