Seven local wrestlers placed in the top four at Regional championships to qualify for State championships to be held on Feb. 18.
Wiscasset’s Sam Strozier placed second in North A at 152 pounds.
Medomak Valley’s Steven Thompsonj (138) and Eli Miller (152) placed second and Elijah Lash (182) fourth in North A in Caribou.
Lincoln Academy’s Truth Ingham placed second in South B in Wells at 182 pounds, and Dakota Nutter fourth at 138 pounds.
Boothbay’s Cameron Crocker took third in South B at 195 pounds.
