Boothbay girls lacrosse handed Lincoln Academy a 14-7 loss on May 24 in the Lady Eagles final game of the season. The two teams were locked in a 4-4 tie at halftime, before the Seahawks rallied for 10 second half goals.
Scoring for Boothbay were Sydney Meader 9 goals, Hali Goodwin and Lincoln Hamblett two each and Kate Friant one. Scoring for the Eagles were Brinley Harrison four goals and Ashley Budd, Alex Fabiano and Brie Wajer one each. Jenny Arter added an assist.
Emily Huber made 11 saves in net for the Eagles, and Page Brown seven for the Seahawks.
