Eight athletes qualified provisionally for the KVAC’s to be held Sat., May 28 at Morse High School in Bath.
Medomak’s Ellen Tuttle won the racewalk in 9:44 to qualify for KVAC’s. Boone Olson won the triple jump (35’5″), and Lincoln’s Zach Orenstein won the 110 hurdles in 19.57 and was 3rd in the 300 hurdles in 48.63. Both qualified provisionally in those events.
Also qualifying provisionally were Panthers TJ Harriman with a 3rd place finish in the 110 hurdles in 20.29; and Vinny Vannah (6th 200 in 26.14); and Eagles Nick Smelcer (4th 1600 in 19:57); Josh Sullivan (4th 400 in 58.38 and 3rd 200 in 26.08) and Andrea Gemeinhardt (5th racewalk in 10:21).
