Wiscasset baseball topped Morse in pre-season scrimmage action on April 7 in Wiscasset. The Redskins collected only four hits, but they were well placed to win 5-1.
Wiscasset scored their first run in the 2nd inning when Jason Weatherbee sacrificed in Jay Lamoureux. The Redskins snapped a 1-1 tie in the bottom of the 3rd with three runs. Justin Caron walked, Mason Brewer reached on an error and both moved up on a double steal and scored on a Ryan Segovia single.
Caron, Segovia, Lamoureux and Vincent Souza had hits for Wiscasset.
