Wiscasset 5 – Carrabec 0
Wiscasset girls tennis team cleaned house against the Cobras, 5-0 to improve to 4-4. Hanna Foye was ahead 7-6 when she won by forfeit over Kathryn George at first singles. Miranda McIntire swept Brianna Livingston 10-0.
Maeve Carlson topped Jordan Fredrick 10- 2 at third singles. Brooke Carleton and Hayhlee Craig beat Alyssa Finlay and Cheyenne Pesce 10-1 at first doubles. Hannah Welborn and Sam Arsenault teamed up to beat Adrienne Bolton and Lexi Gamache 10-5 at second doubles.
Hall-Dale 4 – Wiscasset 1
Wiscasset girls tennis team lost to Hall-Dale 4-1 Friday in Wiscasset. The Wolverines first doubles team picked up the only win for Wiscasset. Hayhlee Craig and Brooke Carleton beat Autumn St.Pierre and Thea Sweet by 10-4 pro-set.
In singles action, Miranda McIntire lost 3-10 to Clio Barr; Hanna Foye fell to Nicole Pelletier, and Maeve Carlson lost 2-10 to Rio Yokokawa. Hannah Welborn and Ali Richardson lost to Rose Warren and Becca F-Barlow 2-10 at second doubles
Wiscasset 4 – Mt. Valley 1
Wiscasset girls tennis team beat Mt. Valley 4-1 on Monday to improve their record to 5-5. Miranda McIntire defeated Emma Somers 10-2 at first singles.
Hanna Foye beat Natalie Richard 10-0 at second singles. Maeve Carlson swept Desiree Burris 10-0 at third singles.
Brooke Carleton and Hayhlee Craig lost 5-10 to Brooke Carven and Julia Sirois at first doubles. Hanna Welborn and Alisyn Richardson beat Megan Philbrick and Natalie Inglis 10-2 at second doubles.
