Trailing by seven heading into the fifth inning, Wiscasset rallied for 11 runs to beat Dirigo 21-10 in MVC softball action on May 22. Sydnie Thayer led the Wolverines at the plate with a triple, double and single. Kelsey Jones added two singles, and Lindsey Gordon, Farrah Casey, and Corey Campbell a single each. Ashley Albert, Kate Morse , Alexa V. and Lexi Williams had three hits each for Dirigo.
Wiscasset lost to Monmouth 13-0 on May 24. Leah Potter had the only hit for Wiscasset. Mariah Herr collected the win for the Mustangs. Emily Chasse and Herr had three hits each to lead Monmouth.
