Wiscasset boys basketball team defeated Mt.Valley 59-54 on a long road trip on Jan. 19. The Wolverines led 17-15, 31-27 and 47-35 at the quarter breaks. Three Wiscasset players scored in double figures, Ethan James 20, Zach Reed 17 and Cody Roberts 15. James is 30 points away from scoring his 1,000th career point.
Mt.Valley was led by Jake Blanchard 14 and Cam Gudzois 8.
