Mili Zapata broke Lincoln Academy’s girls javelin record, previously held by Megan Bowdoin (1995), with a first place throw of 108’5” on May 19. Lincoln girls placed fourth and the boys second at the Downeast Classic in Belfast.
Tahlia Mullen won both the 200 (26.64) and 400 (59.78). Olivia Richmond placed in all four events she competed in, taking second in the 100 hurdles in 19.01, third in the 300 hurdles in 54.04, third in the triple jump (30’9”) and fourth in the high jump (4’6”). Emma Allen placed second in the 3200 in 13:31. Toru Fiberesima took third in the 100 in 13.31 and fifth in the 200 in 28.16. Juliana Lafrenaye took fifth in the 100 in 13.58. Allison York was sixth in the 200 in 28.7. Essie Martin placed fifth in the 800 in 2:41, and Maddy Archer sixth in 2:46.
Lincoln girls placed third in the 4×100 relay in 53.06, fourth in the 4×400 in 5:05, and fourth in the 4×800 in 12:46.
David Barnum won the 3200 in 10:51 and took third in the 1600 in 4:56. Tommy Thelander won the 300 hurdles in 45.0 and was fifth in the 1600 in 5:05.7. Riley Cushing won the 800 in 2:09. John Eddyblouin won the 1600 racewalk in 9:02.
