The District 4 champions trailed 2-1 early, before tying the game at 3-3. They then hit a grandslam home run to defeat District 2 champions Medomak Valley 11&12 Little League all-stars 7-4 in Orrington on July 23 in the State tournament. Medomak plays their second game of the tournament on Monday, July 25 at 3 p.m.
