Morse boys and girls swam to a KVAC Class B championship on Feb. 7 at the Bath YMCA. Belfast was runner-ups in both the boys and girls. Lincoln Academy girls placed fourth, and the boys tied Erskine Academy for sixth place.
Lincoln Academy’s Arden Carleton won KVAC gold in the 100 butterfly and took third in the 500 free. Piper Carleton placed second in two events, the 200 IM and 100 breaststroke. Mara Abbott placed seventh in the 50 free. Jayden Brown placed in two events, taking sixth in the 100 breast and seventh in the 200 IM.
The Lady Eagles placed third in the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay and fourth in the 100 free relay.
Morse boys won the KVAC Class B swim championships.

Waterville/ Winslow swimmer Emma Farnham was named KVAC Class B girls Swimmer of the Year.
Morse’s Andrew Leighton was named the KVAC Class B Swimmer of the Year.
Belfast’s Ronan Deshamps was named KVAC Diver of the Year.
Belfast’s Coach Kelley was named KVAC Class B Coach of the Year.
