The Olde Bristol Days Committee is in search of volunteers to make the August event a success.
Olde Bristol Days, a weekend of family fun, has been a tradition for over 60 years. This year’s festivities will take place Aug. 11 and 12 and will include traditional favorites, like the parade, live music, the fireworks display at Pemaquid Beach, the Alvin Sproul races, and the Merritt Brackett Lobster Boat Races.
With the event quickly approaching, organizers are looking for volunteers willing to donate a few hours of their time to ensure the event runs smoothly. This year’s Olde Bristol Days will feature an expanded kids zone at Pemaquid Beach, which will require more volunteers.
For their efforts during the event, volunteers will receive a swag bag and will be invited to an appreciation event at The Harbor Room.
To volunteer, email Cerina Leeman at cerinaleeman@gmail.com.
