GSB boys soccer win Busline Crown Double overtime 3-2 win for Cougars
Great Salt Bay School boys soccer team won the Busline League championship on Oct. 20 at Lookout Point in Linconville. The Cougars captured a 3-2 double overtime win over Oceanside. Jack Duncan scored both goals for GSB.

Boothbay Boys, Lincoln Boys and Medomak Girls Qualify for States Regional cross country
Three local cross country teams qualified for State championships on Sat., Oct. 20. Boothbay boys placed third in South Class C. Lincoln Academy boys placed fourth in South Class B. Medomak Valley girls placed fifth in North Class B. In addition, Faith and Glory Blethen, of Boothbay, placed in the top ten to qualify for the State Class C meet.

Lincoln Academy girls soccer team wrapped up their season with a 6-2 win at Belfast on Oct. 16. Madi Bradbury scored two first half goals, and Madeline York, Paige Camp, Schuyler Farrell and Chloe Bryant scored a goal each for the Eagles. June Robertson scored both goals for the Lions.
