A Waldoboro man has been sentenced to 366 days in the Florida State Prison after pleading guilty to a charge of grand theft over $100,000.

A Knox County grand jury recently indicted a Jefferson woman on three charges in connection with allegations of welfare fraud over an eight-year period, according to the Bangor Daily News.
