A Waldoboro woman faces misdemeanor charges after she allegedly hit a handicapped man with a minivan in the parking lot of the Damariscotta Hannaford. Police said the woman then parked illegally in an handicapped space and continued into the store.
Lincoln County Recycling Program Gains Revenue by Decreasing Waste
According to its brochure, the Lincoln County recycling program is one of the oldest in New England and the largest in Maine. Currrently under new leadership, the program has a renewed sense of purpose, and, according to supervisor Tim Richardson, is gearing up “to take off and thrive.”
