NWS Issues Advisory for Overnight Snow
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for a storm system forecast to leave 3 to 5 inches of accumulated snowfall beginning Tuesday night and continuing through the overnight hours, ending about sunrise on Wednesday. There is a possibility that precipitation may include freezing rain toward the end of the storm. Either way, early morning commuters on Wednesday should exercise caution on slippery roadways, according to the NWS.
