A Bristol man faces a felony drug-trafficking charge after law enforcement allegedly seized a large quantity of marijuana, as well as cocaine and firearms, from his home Friday, Sept. 19.

Still No Snowplowing Contract in Alna

Updated – State Police Find Remains of Homicide Victim in Jefferson
The Maine State Police criminal investigation unit excavated human remains believed to be long-missing Charles E. “Chuck” Woodburn at 219 Neck Road in Jefferson Wednesday, Aug. 27. Maine State Police spokesman Stephen McCausland said the State Medical Examiner’s Office has reported that the individual was a victim of a homicide.
