Widespread Outages as Heavy, Wet Snow Blankets Lincoln County
Power outages are reported in 14 Lincoln County towns as the heaviest snow bands of a fast moving storm chug through Lincoln County. There are also reports of minor traffic accidents and vehicles off the road.
