The Damariscotta Police Dept. would like to remind downtown residents that the Winter Parking Ban went into effect on Nov. 15. Damariscotta Police responded to 132 calls including motor vehicle stops, arrests, calls for service, etc. during this one week period of time and reports the following activity.
